Climate: The Gulf Stream and Atlantic Ocean winds have a direct effect on Belgian weather. The average daily temperature is 4 degrees Celsius in the winter and 22 degrees Celsius during the summer. It is advisable to wear medium weight clothing all year and waterproof clothing is necessary during the winter months.
